At Karen's Yoga, the mantra is “Relax, Release, and Let Go. ” The studio offers a variety of classes throughout the week to cater to different needs and schedules. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, there is a class for you. The weekly timetable includes mixed ability classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings, an over 50s yoga class on Tuesdays, and a slow chill-out yoga class on Fridays.

Karen's Yoga understands that not everyone can attend in-person classes, which is why they also offer zoom classes. This allows students to attend from the comfort of their own homes while still enjoying the benefits of a yoga practise. All classes, whether in-person or online, are priced at 5. 00 per session, making them affordable and accessible to all.
