At Yogaworks, we specialise in Hatha yoga, which is a style that focuses on developing both flexibility and strength. Our classes incorporate a balance of breathing exercises, physical postures, and relaxation techniques. Unlike many other yoga classes that can feel rushed, we make sure to take the time to create a space for participants to relax and experience each practise more deeply. We understand the importance of relaxation in improving our overall well-being, so it is an integral part of our sessions.
Belinda, the founder and lead instructor at Yogaworks, has been offering a range of hatha yoga classes in the Leamington area for over 20 years. She believes in creating a relaxed and informal atmosphere where beginners are always welcome to join at any time. Belinda's teaching style is playful and exploratory, ensuring that students have fun while reaping the benefits of yoga as a serious discipline.
We offer a variety of classes to cater to different needs and stages of life. Our general yoga classes are held at Spencer Yard on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, as well as on Thursday evenings. You can either block book for a discounted rate or attend casually at 12 per class. We also have a specific class for menopause, helping women navigate this stage of life with yoga practises.
Additionally, we offer pregnancy yoga classes at Naturally Baby on Monday and Wednesday evenings, as well as workshops for yoga in labour and birthing.
For new mothers, we have mother and baby yoga classes at Cubbington Village Hall on Tuesdays, with an option for a chat and cuppa after the class. This provides a nurturing environment for both the mother and baby to bond and restore their energy.
