Join Fnq Motor Sports Car & Rally Club for the Junior Motorkhana event in Cairns. This event is open to all junior drivers aged 12 and above with a current Motorsports Australia Non-Speed Licence. So, if you love motocross and are between the ages of 12 and above, this event is for you!
We want to ensure the safety of all participants, so please make sure that your vehicle complies with the safety standards and eligibility criteria outlined in the CAMS Manual. Vehicle scrutineering will be conducted before the start of the event to ensure everything meets the necessary safety measures, including brakes, steering, and tires.
In case of a vehicle breakdown, don't worry! You may use a replacement vehicle, but make sure to obtain consent from the Clerk of the Course before doing so. Safety is of utmost importance here, so all drivers must wear suitable and appropriate clothing and footwear during the competition. We want to make sure you're fully protected.
Speaking of safety gear, don't forget to bring your fire extinguisher, safety helmet, and goggles/helmet with a visor (if applicable) as per the NCR regulations. It's all about keeping everyone safe out there on the track.
