Jo Ellis, a dedicated yoga teacher, began her yoga journey in 1994. Over the years, she explored different styles and ultimately earned her 500-hour Level 4 diploma through the British Wheel of Yoga.
In Jo's classes, participants can look forward to improving breathing techniques, learning various postures, and experiencing deep relaxation. Jo teaches hatha yoga with a methodical approach, ensuring each posture is built safely and is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

For a comfortable class experience, participants are advised to wear loose clothing or leggings and come barefoot. Bringing water is a good idea, and it's best to avoid heavy meals for at least three hours before class. While mats, blocks, and straps are provided, students are welcome to bring their own gear.
