Through the combination of yoga, remedial gym exercises, swimming, and chi gong, James experienced a profound transformation in his own body. He became pain-free and regained optimal health without relying on medication.
Inspired by his own healing journey, James decided to pursue training as a yoga teacher and further studies in massage therapy and psychotherapy. He recognised the potential to help others similarly and has been working full-time as a yoga teacher and massage therapist since 2004.
