Beginner course The Beginner course is a 4-week programme designed for those who are new to yoga or seeking to develop confidence in their practise. This course provides a solid foundation in the Iyengar yoga method and introduces students to the basic postures and alignment principles. It is also suitable for those working with injuries or medical conditions.
The Beginner course is highly recommended before attending other classes at the studio. Live-streamed classes For those unable to attend in-person classes, we offer live-streamed classes that allow you to practise from the comfort of your own home. These classes are taught by certified Iyengar yoga instructors and follow a similar structure to our in-studio classes. Restorative Workshops Our restorative workshops provide an opportunity to deeply relax and restore the body and mind.
