The Level 3 classes. General classes General classes are suitable for students of all levels, including beginners. These classes offer a well-rounded practise that includes all categories of asanas, from standing and sitting poses to inversions and restorative postures. Variations and modifications are provided to accommodate different levels of experience and ability.
General classes are a great opportunity to deepen your practise and explore different aspects of yoga. Beginner course The Beginner course is a 4-week programme designed for those who are new to yoga or seeking to develop confidence in their practise. This course provides a solid foundation in the Iyengar yoga method and introduces students to the basic postures and alignment principles. It is also suitable for those working with injuries or medical conditions.
The Beginner course is highly recommended before attending other classes at the studio. Live-streamed classes For those unable to attend in-person classes, we offer live-streamed classes that allow you to practise from the comfort of your own home. These classes are taught by certified Iyengar yoga instructors and follow a similar structure to our in-studio classes. Restorative Workshops Our restorative workshops provide an opportunity to deeply relax and restore the body and mind.
These workshops focus on gentle, supported postures and breathing exercises to promote relaxation and healing. They are suitable for all levels of experience and offer a nurturing and rejuvenating experience.
