Itchen Imperial Rowing Club, now situated on the River Itchen, has a storied history dating back to post-WWII when the club rebuilt itself from the ground up. In the 1950s, they found a new home at Chapel Riverside, and since then, they've been making waves at both coastal and inland regattas. David and the team have been busy expanding the fleet, so whether you're eyeing the Thames Head races or local South Coast action from Southsea to Swanage, there’s a boat and a crew for you.

If you're a junior rower, you'll love the Itchen Junior Regatta – a 450-metre dash that's all about fun and fierce competition. With categories for both novices and seasoned rowers, everyone gets a shot at glory. Plus, winners snag a shiny medal, and it’s a great place to get your crew ready for the Junior Inter-Regional Regatta.
