However, Graeme Murray continues to share his expertise by offering a weekly yoga class in his local area of Cowal. Additionally, he is available for private yoga bookings and one-on-one lessons, providing personalised guidance and support to individuals seeking yoga practise.

Graeme Murray, the lead teacher and owner of In The Moment, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his classes. He began practising yoga in 1996 and has since studied with various teachers in the UK and at The Sivananda Dhanwanthari Ashram in India. In 2007, he completed the Yoga Alliance UK 200 hour Teacher Training Course with Brian Cooper, further enhancing his expertise in the field.

Graeme's personal practise and teaching focus on hatha yoga, with a particular emphasis on the Astanga Primary Series. He continues to deepen his understanding of yoga through ongoing learning and study both in the UK and in India. As a senior yoga teacher, Graeme is dedicated to guiding his students through a flowing, dynamic hatha yoga practise that encompasses breath awareness, meditative focus, and physical discernment.
