Inner Heartbeat Yoga offers a range of classes to accommodate different schedules and levels of experience. Classes are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays at St. Peter's Church on Clapham High Street. For those who prefer online classes, Zoom classes are available on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Tom Logan, a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher with 21 years of experience, leads the classes. The cost is 18. 00 per class or 150. 00 for a 9-class card.
