Emily’s got something for everyone – from fun-filled classes and relaxing retreats to workplace yoga and private sessions. Her vibe is all about having a good time while finding your zen. No need to compete; it’s a great atmosphere for everyone to just be themselves.

Check this out: Vinyasa Flow Studio is every Wednesday, 6-7pm, starting 3rd January 2024 at The United Reformed Church in Shrewsbury. Can’t make it every week? Drop-ins are welcome too!

Prefer to stay home? No worries! The Vinyasa Flow Online class is on Saturdays from 9-10am, kicking off on 6th January 2024. Join in via Zoom and get unlimited access to the on-demand library.

Got a baby on the way? Emily’s got you covered with Pregnancy Yoga on Wednesdays at 7:15pm, starting 10th January 2024. Post-Natal Yoga is sorted too – Thursdays from 10-11am at Belle Vue Methodist Church in Shrewsbury, starting 11th January 2024.

Fancy something special? Try the Little Ryton Yoga Breakfast Club! It’s an hour of creative vinyasa flow followed by a tasty vegan smoothie bowl. Perfect for a weekend treat.
