IchiBan Karate

IchiBan Karate Club, based in Crawley, UK, invites you to dive into the world of Shotokan karate. Established in 1976, this club has built a solid reputation in the martial arts community.

Under the leadership of 6th Dan black belts Robin Dale and Valerie Dale, alongside a team of skilled instructors including Carl Howard (6th Dan), Su Howard (4th Dan), Mike Barker (3rd Dan), and Giles Critchley (3rd Dan), IchiBan offers top-notch training sessions for all skill levels.

At their dojo in Hut 27, Tilgate Recreation Centre, you can train multiple times a week. There's an all grades class on Mondays from 7:15-8:15pm, senior grades on Tuesdays from 7:00-8:30pm, and mixed sessions on Thursdays from 6:15-9:00pm.

Membership is easy with monthly standing orders, and Valerie Dale is on hand to discuss flexible options if needed. Guests can enjoy a free first session, with subsequent sessions at £7 for adults and £5 for those under 16.
