Through my own journey of healing and self-discovery, I became deeply interested in the mind-body connexion and the power of holistic practises such as Pilates, lymph drainage therapy, massage therapy, meditation, personal training, Reiki, and yoga. These practises not only helped me manage my chronic illness but also allowed me to reconnect with my body, reduce stress, and find a sense of inner peace.
