Thursdays usually entail a road run, with members meeting outside the Hub at 7. 15pm. The Sports Hub also provides accessible toilet facilities for the convenience of attendees.
Additionally, the club organises long run sessions on Sunday mornings, offering an opportunity for members to further enhance their stamina, endurance, and overall fitness levels. The junior programme operates on a dynamic schedule, with regular updates available on the Juniors page of the club's website.
