My love for yoga and its transformative power began during my own personal journey of self-discovery. The practise not only strengthened my body, but also brought clarity and balance to my mind and spirit. Inspired by my own experience, I pursued my yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, where I deepened my understanding of the ancient practise and its profound effects on overall well-being.
As a yoga instructor, my classes are designed to create a safe and nurturing environment for students to explore their bodies and minds. I offer small classes and workshops in Beckenham, West Wickham, and Bromley, allowing for personalised attention and support. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my goal is to meet you where you are on your yoga journey and guide you towards greater self-awareness, flexibility, and strength.
In addition to yoga, I am also a certified Reiki practitioner, providing energy healing sessions to support the holistic well-being of my clients. Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive healing technique that taps into the body's natural ability to heal itself. Through the channelling of universal life force energy, I assist in clearing blockages and restoring balance to the body's energy centres. This helps to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance overall vitality.
Holistic counselling is another aspect of my practise, where I integrate my training in humanistic approach counselling and shamanic healing techniques. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their emotions, beliefs, and challenges. By addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of each person, I assist clients in uncovering their inner strengths and resources to facilitate positive change and personal growth.
