The organiser, Lisa Eburne, wants to share some exciting news about her boutique yoga studio, Hot Yoga Chorley, located right in the heart of Chorley. Lisa has over 30 years of yoga experience and is committed to creating a welcoming environment for everyone, no matter their skill level.
Lisa’s classes are designed with a personal touch, accommodating up to 14 students, ensuring everyone gets the attention they need. Hot Yoga Chorley offers a variety of hot yoga sessions, perfect for all ages, sizes, and genders to practise safely and enjoy the benefits of infrared heat.
A standout feature is the intimate private heated studio that fits a maximum of 12 students per class. This cosy setting provides plenty of space for everyone to focus on their practise without feeling crowded.
Lisa is passionate about maintaining a tranquil and distraction-free space. That’s why students are encouraged to leave their shoes and mobile phones outside the practise area. With no mirrors in the studio, everyone is invited to connect deeply with their bodies and experience yoga from within.
Believing that yoga is for everyone, Lisa’s studio welcomes both beginners and advanced practitioners. Her student community is diverse, ranging from kids as young as 7 to seniors at 77.
