Practising yoga in a heated room offers numerous benefits, including improved flexibility, weight loss, stress reduction, and even detoxification of the skin. Our small, intimate studio can accommodate up to six people per class, providing a friendly and welcoming environment for your yoga practise. Our goal is to not only enhance physical fitness but also promote mental relaxation and well-being.
We offer a variety of yoga classes to suit different preferences and needs. Our Classic Hot class is based on the Bikram series, which includes 26 postures and two breathing exercises. This challenging and invigorating workout heals and detoxifies the body from the inside out. It is suitable for both beginners and regular practitioners.
Vinyasa Flow Hot, on the other hand, focuses on dynamic flow-based yoga, building strength and flexibility. The synchronised breathing helps you transition from one pose to another, relaxing the mind and re-energising the body through sweat.
For those looking for a balanced practise, we offer Yin Yang yoga. This class combines slow-paced Yin yoga, which targets connective tissues, with traditional Yang yoga, a more active practise to warm the body and strengthen the muscles. Yin Yang classes at Hot4Yoga are taught in a warm room, starting with a slow-paced Vinyasa practise, followed by a long Yin practise, and ending with relaxation. This class is suitable for beginners and those who prefer a slower pace.
If you're up for a challenge and want to try different poses, our Classic Mix class is perfect for you. This all-levels class combines your favourite Classic Hot postures with a few surprises, helping you develop focus, flexibility, balance, and strength.
For those seeking a dynamic and energetic workout, our Power Hot class is a vinyasa flow that moves from pose to pose, synchronising movement with breath. This class aims to improve strength, balance, and flexibility, while also getting your heart rate up and intensifying your sweat.
If you're looking for a playful and fun practise, our Rocket yoga class is for you. Rocket yoga is a modification of traditional Ashtanga Yoga, with lots of variations provided to make the practise accessible to all. This dynamic style cultivates strength, flexibility, focus, and breath control, making it a moving meditation.
For expecting mothers, we offer Pregnancy yoga classes designed to support mothers-to-be on their pregnancy journey. These classes focus on stretching and strengthening the body using adapted yoga poses. The classes also include breathing techniques to help during labour and end with a meditation for relaxation.
