Personal training sessions are available at affordable rates ranging from 25 to 40 per session.

These sessions can be conducted in a home gym in Tylers Green or Mark is also willing to travel locally for training. Chiltern Academy of Martial Arts members are entitled to discounted rates for personal training.

In addition to martial arts and personal training, the academy also offers SparX - Boxing for Fitness classes. Designed to improve fitness levels and have fun in a friendly environment, these classes cater to individuals of all fitness levels and abilities. SparX classes are held on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm at Holmer Green Village Hall and Saturdays at 9:30 am at Hazlemere Memorial Hall. Membership is priced at 28 per month with special discounted rates for Chiltern Academy of Martial Arts members.

Members can also avail discounted personal training rates.

For individuals specifically interested in martial arts, the academy provides Adult Kung Fu classes. Membership for these classes is priced at 45 per month for training once a week or 60 for unlimited training.
