Abigail, the holistic health practitioner behind Holistic Health by Abigail, is a well-rounded professional with 30 years of experience in various fields such as health, fitness, events, mental health, and social care. Her passion for helping people and making a difference in their lives has been evident since the beginning of her career in 1993.
Abigail primarily works with leaders and healers, providing comprehensive support and spiritual guidance to those who are already excelling in life and making a positive impact on humanity. Her unique background and family heritage contribute to her healing abilities, as her grandfather and mother come from an indigenous tribe called the Bidayuh in the rainforest jungle of Borneo, both being healers themselves. Additionally, her father was a medical missionary, further instilling the values of healing in her upbringing.
As a mother to three beautiful humans, Abigail places a strong emphasis on family and connexion. Despite living independent lives, her children are her closest friends. Her own personal journey with healing began when she was diagnosed with functional neurological disorder in 2015, an extremely debilitating condition that caused severe pain and problems with limb function due to an over-stressed central nervous system. This life-altering experience led her to explore alternative ways to improve her health and well-being.
Abigail's self-healing journey involved stepping away from prescribed medications and diving into the power of neuroplasticity and functional medicine. She trained with Christof Melchizedek, a renowned healer, to further enhance her understanding of energy healing and bring balance to her mood disorders and past traumas. Through her practise, she has been hailed as a miracle worker by those she has helped, offering a safe and loving container for individuals to bring out their own power and begin their healing journey.
Abigail's approach to holistic health incorporates both Eastern and Western medicine, bridging the gap between the two. She has formal qualifications in various healing modalities, including Neo-Shamanic Society Certificate, Divine Keys and Remote Healing Mastery, Circle & Ceremonies Qualification, Breathwork Training, Shadow Work Training, Krystic Energy Healing System, and Healing Trauma & Addiction. Additionally, she holds diplomas in Health & Hygiene, Personal Training, and Health & Social Care, and is a member of the Royal Institute of Health.
