Join Yoga With Sunil Hertford for two yoga classes in Hertford on Wednesday and Friday evenings. The classes take place at Mill Bridge Rooms, The Seed Warehouse, The Wash SG14. While we do have spare mats for attendees, bringing your own mat if you're a regular participant would be greatly appreciated, as it allows us to accommodate new members more easily. Remember, yoga is for everyone! Regardless of your gender, race, creed, body shape, flexibility, or income, you are more than welcome to join us. It's important to note that yoga is not religious, although it does include self-exploration during the classes.
To ensure your comfort during dynamic movements, we recommend eating a light snack no more than 40 minutes before class.
