In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Head Above Water Yoga has implemented strict safety measures to protect clients and prevent the spread of the virus. With zero cases or exposures in the studio since the start of the pandemic, clients can rest assured that their health and well-being are the top priority. Jade is fully vaccinated, wears a mask during sessions, and conducts thorough sanitization before and after each session. For those who prefer online sessions, Jade offers Zoom classes with adaptations for at-home practice.
Jade Han, the founder of Head Above Water Yoga, is a certified Yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training in Hatha Vinyasa and restorative Yoga. Her passion for mental health and emotional well-being shines through in her teachings, providing a holistic approach to healing through Yoga. By acknowledging the traditional territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, Jade honours the land and its Indigenous communities, creating a space of respect and inclusivity for all.
