Spinal injuries, which led me to reevaluate my approach to yoga and teaching.
During my recovery, I immersed myself in studying the therapeutic aspects of yoga and delved deeper into the mind-body connexion. Through my own personal healing journey, I discovered the power of yoga to not only rehabilitate the physical body but also to heal mental and emotional wounds.
With this newfound knowledge and passion, I founded Hatha Yoga with Victoria, a yoga studio in Campbelltown dedicated to offering gentle and accessible yoga to all body types, shapes, and fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my classes are designed to meet your individual needs.
At Hatha Yoga with Victoria, our teaching philosophy focuses on the universal principles of movement, understanding the body's capabilities, and its ability to heal. I believe that yoga is more than just physical exercise; it is a holistic practise that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.
