Classes are held twice a week at the Wavell Heights Uniting Church Hall. The 90-minute sessions provide ample time for students to fully immerse themselves in the practise and experience the transformative benefits of Hatha Yoga. The class price is $20, payable at the time of attendance.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, students are encouraged to bring water, a thin foam mat or camping mat, and a towel to cover the mat. Flexible and breathable clothing is recommended, and warm clothing is suggested for the relaxation portion of the class. For those experiencing joint discomfort, a pillow is strongly advised for support.

In addition to group classes, Lee also offers 1×2×1 Yoga Therapy. These private consultations are personalised to address specific needs and goals. Whether recovering from surgery or injury, managing arthritis or mental health concerns, or simply seeking personal growth, Yoga Therapy can be a valuable complement to overall wellness.
