One of the key focuses of our classes is to release areas of tightness and restriction that can throw your body out of alignment. Our experienced teachers specialise in pre and postnatal yoga, ensuring that our classes guide you to work from the inside out. We believe in gradual progression, only introducing more challenging asanas when your body is fully prepared.
In addition to the physical aspects of yoga, we also incorporate pranayama, or breathwork, into our classes. This helps to calm the mind and offers deep restoration during your practice. We believe that a holistic approach to yoga is essential for overall well-being.
Currently, you can join our Hatha Yoga class at Indigo Yoga in Harpenden Cricket Pavilion every Wednesday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience the benefits of yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment.
