Dr. Carlo Cernicchi is the experienced chiropractor at Haida Yoga Pilates & Meditation. With a Master's degree in Chiropractic, a Bachelor's degree of Science, and certifications in Homotoxicology (Medical Homoeopathy) and Botanical Medicine, Dr. Carlo specialises in spinal aches and pains, restricted joint mobility, and various joint problems.

His treatments include ultrasound therapy, cupping massage, electro-physical stimulation, and joint manipulation.

Karen Cernicchi, a level 4 Pilates practitioner and Qigong teacher, is also a valued member of the team. As a Pilates instructor, Karen designs personalised programmes for clients, taking into account their goals and any underlying health issues. The Pilates studio is equipped with traditional Pilates equipment as well as unique supporting apparatus. Under the guidance of qualified instructors, clients can improve their posture, balance, muscle tone, circulation, and oxygenation through regular Pilates exercises.
