Belle Movement Pilates Personal Training - Umina Beach is a Pilates and Movement studio located in Umina Beach, on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. The studio aims to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals of all fitness levels to experience the joy of movement.

The studio offers a variety of classes to cater to different needs and preferences. These include Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Post-Partum Specific Classes, Pregnancy-friendly classes, and classes with a crche (available at the Ettalong Studio). Additionally, there are classes specifically designed for beginners, advanced practitioners, individuals over 60 years old (dubbed “Queenagers”), and strength and conditioning enthusiasts. Private sessions, specific programmes, special events, and retreats are also available.
With approximately 50 classes per week spread across both the Ettalong and Umina Beach locations, Belle Movement strives to accommodate a range of schedules and preferences. The comprehensive class schedule is designed to meet the needs of almost everyone, ensuring that participants can find a class that suits their availability.
For individuals new to Belle Movement, the studio offers an introductory offer called “3 Classes for $49. ” This allows newcomers to experience any three classes of their choice across both locations. Beyond the initial offer, the studio provides various class packs and membership options.
In addition to regular group classes, Belle Movement also offers personalised sessions tailored to specific needs. These sessions are typically 45 minutes in length and involve a dedicated instructor. To book these 1:1, 2:1, or small group sessions, individuals are asked to fill out a form to indicate their preferences and requirements.
Belle Movement Pilates Personal Training - Umina Beach was founded by Jenna, who originally hails from Umina Beach. In 2018, Jenna returned to the Central Coast to establish Belle Movement, starting with a single class per week at Umina SLSC. Since then, the studio has expanded to include two locations, 20 Reformers, 550 class places per week, and 12 staff members. The growth of the studio is a testament to Jenna's passion for exercise and her desire to create a space where people feel included, motivated, and connected.
