Simon's role is to guide coaches and members towards their goals and help them find their “flow” in the gym.
With 17 years of coaching experience and pursuing his own athletic goals, Simon has gained a deep understanding of what works in fitness. He has learned from his own mistakes and is always looking for ways to improve. Simon's passion now lies in the children's classes, where he gets to watch his own children and their friends have fun and grow in the gym environment.
