Sunshine Yoga is a style in its own right and can be likened mostly to Hatha yoga. It has an influence of many styles which Lyn has experienced over the past few decades. She rests with a slow and gentle approach which she knows creates flexibility, strength and incredible mind/body connexion. Her authentic style blends breath with body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
