The first unit is solely dedicated to martial arts and boxing, featuring two matted floors, punch bag zones, locker rooms, waiting area, showers, and changing rooms. The second unit houses the 24-hour gym, which includes four weight lifting stations, free weights, cable machines, a functional training area, a cardio floor with various machines, shower rooms, and lockers.
The 24-hour gym offers state-of-the-art equipment, such as Life Fitness Treadmills, Concept 2 Ski Ergs and Rowers, Bikes, Jacobs Ladder, and Versa Climbers. Additionally, the ground floor boasts two dedicated weights areas equipped with squat racks, power cages, Olympic lifting platforms, bars, plates, and cable machines. A functional training area features Boxmaster and Uppercut stations. Gym 01 even has a full-size boxing ring for members to practise their skills.
With affordable membership options starting from 15 a month, members have access to the entire facility, including all classes and gym equipment.
