Aside from her dedication to helping clients achieve their fitness goals, Barbara has a competitive background in bodybuilding. She started competing in bodybuilding in 2022 and has achieved outstanding results. In her first competition at the Novice Classic in Rugby, she was awarded first place in the Women's Physique & Master's Bodybuilding category. She continued her success with another first-place win at the Caledonian Classic in Scotland in the Women's Physique category.
Barbara was also invited to participate in the 2022 World Championships in Florence, Italy.
