We focus on Ashtanga yoga, with a sequence of 10 steps asanas, vinyasa techniques, physical asanas, pranayama, and meditation. We also offer yoga for children to build emotional regulation, self esteem, mindfulness, concentration, and flexibility.

Where and how are classes run?

You’ll practice in a spacious environment with normal warm temperature for best results. Each session follows the 10 steps sequential asanas before moving into vinyasa, physical postures, breathwork, and meditation.

How do I join or get started?

Bring yourself to class and practice at any level, as beginners and all levels are challenged within the same classes.
