Additionally, his studies in physiotherapy at university equipped him with a solid understanding of kinesiology, physiology, and anatomy, providing a strong foundation for his work as a personal trainer.

Gustavo's expertise extends beyond exercise, as he is also a qualified chef with extensive experience in providing fresh, clean, and healthy cuisine. Having managed fine dining operations and several popular restaurants in London, he understands the importance of nutrition in achieving fitness goals. As a personal trainer, he can create personalised training plans that are tailored to clients' goals, objectives, and lifestyle. He incorporates a variety of training methods such as circuit training, kettlebells, suspension training, padwork, Taekwondo Fit, strength training, bodybuilding, cardio, and core training to maximise results.

GBFit offers a range of services, including an exclusive individualised nutrition and exercise package through their Online Fit Consultancy. This package is specifically adapted to each client's reality and needs, and includes a training programme for three months, personalised nutrition advice with macro calculations, progress tracking, monthly updates, and online assistance via email or WhatsApp on weekdays.
