Gather & Glow

Gather & Glow is a childbirth class, doula, holistic medicine practitioner, yoga instructor, and yoga studio located in Blandford Forum. Founded by Aimee, Gather & Glow is a sacred sanctuary for women at various stages of their journey. Whether you are preparing for motherhood, curious about childbirth, in the early days of mothering, or seeking a supportive community of women, Aimee is dedicated to holding space for you to regain your glow.

Aimee's healing pathway is deeply rooted in holistic practises that align with the natural cycles of being a woman, mirroring those of Mother Nature. Through the use of practical tools, ritual, spiritual awareness, yoga, breath-work, folk herbalism, and more, Aimee honours the ebb and flow of the cosmic tides and seasonal shifts to create offerings that bring about positive change, love, and a sense of belonging. Gather & Glow is a space where you can connect back to the essence of yourself, reconnect with your inner wisdom, seek soul guidance, and remember ritualistic practises.

One of the core focuses at Gather & Glow is the exploration of the seasons and their connexion to our inner wisdom, feminine intelligence, and body literacy. Each season – Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter – represents a different phase of womanhood. In Spring, you will engage in holistic conception sessions that allow for conscious wishes and deep release work. Summer focuses on holistic birth enrichment sessions that cultivate self-trust, strength, confidence, and calm.

Autumn invites spiritual blossoming and exploration of matrescence and perimenopause. Finally, Winter offers connexion to the cosmos, healing through life changes and loss.

Clients of Gather & Glow have had transformative experiences. Eloise Boyd-Bowman, for example, shares her unforgettable postpartum experience. She invited Aimee to hold a ceremony at her home to honour her transition from Maiden to Mother. Aimee's compassionate and calm presence created a magical morning where Eloise felt both held and seen.

The ceremony included tea discussions, oracle cards, a walk, and energy work, providing invaluable time for reflection and honouring the journey of motherhood.
