The Yoga club in Frome, Amy Bisazza Yoga & Relaxation classes, is excited to present the Full Moon Sound Bath at Makers Yard. This workshop offers a unique opportunity for participants to come together and honour the cyclical nature of the moon.
Taking place during the days leading up to the full moon, when the lunar energy is at its peak, this event creates the perfect conditions for planting seeds and launching new ideas. During the workshop, participants will have the chance to experience the powerful and healing vibrations of the Gong.
The Gong has been known to strengthen the parasympathetic nervous system, tune up the glandular system, and slow down brain waves. This combination creates an environment of deep relaxation and healing. To prepare the mind and body, there will be a meditation session before the Gong session.
During the practice of Yoga Nidra, participants will have the opportunity to acknowledge their intentions and desires. This will be followed by the soothing sounds of sacred song, acoustic guitar, percussion, and moments of silence. It truly promises to be a transformative sound bath experience.
