Aneliese Foxwell, a qualified Yoga, Pilates, and Pregnancy/Post Natal Teacher, is the instructor for the classes at Foxy Yoga. With her background as a 5th Dan Black Belt in karate and 14 years of service as a Police Officer with Greater Manchester Police, Aneliese brings a unique perspective and experience to her teaching. She also teaches karate lessons at the English Karate Academy and competes internationally on the English Karate Team.
Anelieses qualifications include a BA Hons in Business Management, Level 3 Yoga Teacher Training, Level 3 Pilates Instructor Training, Reiki Healing, Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology, Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Exercise Instructor, Level 3 Exercise for Older Adults, Level 3 Nutrition for Physical Exercise, Meditation Teacher, Baby Massage Teacher, Baby & Children's Yoga Teacher, and Sound Therapy Practitioner certified by IPHM. She is also First Aid Trained.
At Foxy Yoga, Aneliese is passionate about improving people's physical and mental well-being through yoga practise and fitness training. The holistic approach aims to integrate body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness to promote a better understanding of the interdependency of these aspects in personal health and well-being.
The studio offers weekly Hatha Yoga and Pilates classes. Hatha Yoga classes focus on teaching techniques and tools to create and maintain a steady personal practise.
