Dawn focuses on Hatha Yoga, with classes on Wednesday and Friday mornings. Each 90-minute session has a theme drawn from classical yoga texts, helping you get more out of your practise. You'll do some yoga postures, breathing exercises, and maybe even a bit of meditation.
The goal? To help you get stronger, balanced, and more flexible, while also improving your posture and lowering stress. Dawn's all about listening to your body and going at your own pace. No pressure, no judgement.
