Trained with STOTT Pilates, Jo is passionate about helping everyone improve their strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Hazel is the newest addition to the Forest Pilates team, and she brings a wealth of knowledge with her. A certified Pilates instructor with extra training in pre and postnatal Pilates, Hazel’s classes focus on core strength, stability, good posture, and body alignment. She enjoys helping clients weave Pilates into their daily routines to reach their fitness goals.
Stewart’s journey into Pilates began after recovering from a serious back injury. Impressed by the benefits, he decided to become an instructor and now specialises in back care and injury prevention. Stewart develops tailored programmes to help clients overcome pain and improve their overall well-being.
Forest Pilates offers a comprehensive timetable of classes for all experience and fitness levels, with sessions held at the Bransgore studio for both mat and equipment classes, and additional mat classes in Pilley. The class range includes Beginners Mat, Intermediate Mat, Advanced Mat, Back Care, and Reformer classes.

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for studio and private lessons, with late cancellations potentially subject to full fees.
