Led by manager Bill Kruip, who holds a Cert IV in fitness and a Bachelor's in Exercise and Sport Science, the team is dedicated to providing personalised attention and support to all Fitstoppers.
The gym's workout programmes are designed to cater to various fitness levels and goals. Fitstop Ashgrove offers four different workout programmes: Lift, Perform, Condition, and Sweat. Lift is a strength-based session that focuses on compound lifts, isolation exercises, stability, and mobility to improve overall muscle development. Perform is a programme that combines high-intensity functional movements and cardio for increased fitness and athletic performance.
Condition is a class that focuses on building endurance and improving cardiovascular fitness. Sweat is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) programme that helps members burn calories and achieve weight loss goals.
