Welcome to Fitness Classes, the premier fitness centre in Littlefield. Our goal is to provide tailored classes that give you the attention you need without the need for a personal trainer. We understand that everyone has different fitness goals and abilities, and our classes are designed to cater to a range of needs.
At Fitness Classes, we offer a variety of classes to suit your needs and interests. Our Functional Fitness class focuses on the most important aspects of fitness and is a 55-minute workout that will challenge and strengthen your entire body. We also offer a Core & Stability class, which is a 45-minute session that targets your core muscles and improves your overall stability. If spinning is more your style, we have Spinning classes that provide a high-intensity cardio workout on stationary bikes.
In addition to our classes, we also offer specialised plans to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our 90 Day Fat Loss Plan is designed to help you drop 10lbs of fat in the first 30 days. This plan includes a tailored meal plan to suit your individual needs and a personalised nutrition strategy to optimise your fat loss. We also have a 60 Day New You Plan, which is designed to help you transform your body and achieve a new level of fitness.
