



Mums, our mission is to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to pre and postnatal health and fitness in New Zealand. We are dedicated to supporting, inspiring, and empowering women throughout their journey to motherhood and beyond. Our team of top-notch specialists is here to ensure that every woman has access to the tools, guidance, and support needed to feel strong, confident, and amazing.
Unlike other fitness programmes, Fit and Healthy Mums doesn't focus on diet plans, weight trackers, or before and after pictures. Instead, we prioritise a real approach to women's health and celebrate all aspects of femalehood. We recognise that every woman and her child are unique, and we tailor our programmes to meet individual needs.
Our fitness classes, workshops, and personal training sessions are designed to address the specific needs and challenges faced by pregnant and postnatal women. Whether you're looking to prepare your body for birth, recover and rebuild after childbirth, or navigate the menopausal years, we have something for you.
One of our popular offerings is the FIT4 Birth programme, which prepares women for childbirth through prenatal Pilates, personal training, pregnancy massage, hypnobirthing, and minding mums sessions. For postnatal women, we offer the Restoring Mum programme, which includes postnatal assessment, Pilates, Buggyfit, core recovery, HIIT, baby massage, rehab programmes, and mum massage.
We also understand that not everyone can attend our in-person classes, which is why we offer Fit and Healthy Mums@Home. This online platform provides convenient and flexible workout options for those who prefer exercising at home or live in areas without access to our classes. You'll have access to a range of online memberships, classes, courses, and personal training sessions that can be done from the comfort of your own home.
In addition to fitness programmes, we offer educational workshops on various topics important to women. Each month, we delve deeper into different subjects to provide courses and information that empower women to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing. Currently, we are developing a dedicated space for midlife women to learn about and navigate the menopausal years.
At Fit and Healthy Mums, we also have a strong focus on building a supportive community. We believe that establishing connexions with like-minded women can greatly contribute to a positive overall experience. To further complement our services, we have a podcast where our founder, Keri, a leading Women's Health Expert with extensive experience and qualifications, provides credible, evidence-based advice.
