Our studio is owned and operated by Marina, a highly experienced yoga teacher with over twenty years of practise and more than ten years of teaching experience. Marina has received training in various styles of yoga, including Sivananda yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. She has also completed additional training in specialised areas such as yoga therapy for children with special needs, yoga during pregnancy, and meditation. Marina's expertise and passion for yoga shine through in her teaching, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for all students.
In addition to yoga classes, Felsted Yoga also hosts events and retreats throughout the year. These luxury experiences allow participants to immerse themselves in the practise of yoga, deepen their understanding, and connect with like-minded individuals.
