To support local charities, Eliza found her purpose in helping others discover the healing power of yoga.
At Feel Good Flows, the focus is on creating a fresh and fun approach to yoga. They offer open-air community sessions that allow practitioners to connect with nature and each other. Whether it's a weekly community flow in St Kilda or corporate wellness programmes and events, Feel Good Flows provides a welcoming and friendly environment for all levels of experience.
The studio has worked with big corporations like Adobe and Medibank, as well as small teams, to customise yoga programmes for their workplaces. They also offer additional feel-good activities such as sound healing with bowls and live performances by guitarists, drums, and vocalists. Plus, Feel Good Flows is committed to giving back to the community by working with organisations like the Drug Courts of Victoria and the Salvation Army to support vulnerable members of society.
The founder of Feel Good Flows, Eliza, is passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga. She has a personal journey of healing through yoga, overcoming joint dislocations and avoiding surgery through the practise. Eliza completed her yoga teacher training in 2019 and is dedicated to creating a welcoming, challenging, and inclusive environment for all students.
Feel Good Flows is more than just a yoga studio, it's a growing community and a movement. They believe that the body is a gift and yoga is a way to celebrate and honour it. With their open-hearted approach and commitment to making yoga accessible to all, Feel Good Flows is a place where students can unite, connect, and experience the healing power of yoga.
