Welcome to the Mascot Senior Citizens' Centre, a vibrant sports club located in Sydney. Our Centre is dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive space for seniors to engage in various activities, form lifelong friendships, and maintain their mental and physical wellbeing.
As a member of our Centre, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a range of weekly activities that cater to different interests and abilities. Whether you're interested in sports, arts and crafts, or simply enjoying a cup of tea and a friendly chat, there's something for everyone. Our aim is to create a sense of community and combat the isolation that many seniors experience.
The Mascot Senior Citizens' Centre is open from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm, allowing members to drop by and enjoy the company of others at their own convenience. Our dedicated committee works tirelessly to ensure that our Centre offers a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
We understand that loneliness and isolation are prevalent issues among the elderly population, both within our local community and beyond. Thanks to the ongoing support of the Bayside Council, we have been able to expand our programme and introduce new activities to cater to a wider range of interests. Furthermore, we have gained the support of local businesses, whose generosity has helped us move forward and thrive as a community organisation.
