Originally from Ireland, Eric has over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. After moving to Australia in 2009, he established his own personal training business and later worked as a senior personal trainer in London for a prestigious company. Eric's international experience and extensive training have allowed him to work with clients from all over the world, including VIPs.
