Lisa, the mastermind behind Equimech, wants everyone in the sports community to know about the fantastic services her facility near Lisburn offers. Equimech is all about helping riders improve their performance using Biomechanics, Neuromechanics, Advanced Equipilates, Strength & Conditioning Systems, and Equitation Science.

At Equimech, you can get a biomechanics screening either on or off your horse, along with correctives and coaching. There are live and online conditioning classes too. Lisa and her team are all about helping riders hit their goals and up their game.

With over twenty years of veterinary experience and a history of competing at the four-star level in eventing, Lisa has a wealth of knowledge. She's been riding since she was seven and is incredibly passionate about helping both horses and riders enhance their skills.

Equimech also offers training and educational workshops for clubs and equestrian bodies. They've collaborated with a wide range of clients, including the College of Agriculture, Food & Rural Enterprise, Show Jumping Ireland, and the Irish Army Equitation School, to name a few.
