He started his career as a Personal Trainer and has since managed multiple gyms, worked as an S&C Coach at Northampton Saints Rugby Club, and trained various sports teams. Benjamin's true passion lies in training clients and witnessing their mental and physical growth. He holds impressive credentials, including a Master of Sports Science (MSc) and a First Class Honours Degree in Sports Science (BSc).
Additionally, he has a Level 4 GP Referral Qualification, Level 3 Personal Trainer certification, and is trained in St Johns Ambulance First Aid.
Holm Fitness offers a variety of training options, including Bootcamp programmes, Hybrid programmes, and Personal Training. The 6 Week Outdoor Bootcamp is a highly popular choice among clients. It takes place three days a week and provides a hardcore, intense, and fun workout experience. Training outdoors in a spacious countryside environment adds an extra element of enjoyment.
The classes are challenging, and clients should be prepared to work up a sweat.
