Least expected it. Together, we embarked on our greatest adventure yet – parenthood. We are now proud parents to two beautiful children.
Emma Ceolin is not just a yoga teacher but also an entrepreneur, business mentor, and the founder of Yogaventures. She is a creative soul who is dedicated to empowering and propelling visionary women towards their dream careers, businesses, and lives. Emma is passionate about inspiring purposeful mindful living and being a positive force on this planet.
Emma's own journey with anxiety and depression led her to discover yoga and meditation as powerful tools for healing. As a young teen, she experienced crippling panic attacks that affected all aspects of her life. After trying numerous treatments and therapies, it was yoga and meditation that truly changed her life. She found that these practises helped her interrupt anxious thought patterns, calm her mind, and reconnect with her body.
Through her dedication and commitment to her own healing, Emma learned to calm her nervous system, master her mind, find gratitude in all of life's ups and downs, and implement mindfulness as a way of life. These practises also helped her find her Dharma or purpose. Emma was so transformed by yoga and meditation that she decided to share these healing tools with others. She underwent extensive training to become a highly qualified yoga teacher and teacher trainer, holding qualifications such as ERYT®500, RPYT®, RCYT®, and YACEP®.
In addition to her yoga and meditation practise, Emma has a morning ritual that includes drinking lemon water, meditating, journaling, doing yoga or a workout, and spending quality time with her children. She finds joy and inspiration in nature, ocean adventures, and teaching yoga and meditation.
One of the biggest lessons Emma has learned on her journey is the importance of leaning into discomfort, heartache, and pain in order to heal and grow. She believes that by embracing these challenging experiences, we can create our own reality and vibration.
Emma's dedication to living her dream life and blending all her passions has led her to travel and explore the world. From working as a yoga teacher and divemaster in Hawaii to leading yoga and surf retreats in Bali, Emma's journey has taken her to different corners of the globe. However, she ultimately felt called back home to Australia, where she found love and started a family with her partner, Guillaume Cornet.

She has overcome personal struggles and is dedicated to helping others find their own healing and purpose.
