For those looking for a unique experience, I offer Aerial Yoga classes using suspended hammocks. This allows students to experience the benefits of traditional yoga poses while suspended in the air, providing a new perspective and added challenge to their practise. Aerial Yoga is a fun and playful way to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
I also offer Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practise that promotes deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Through guided visualisations and deep relaxation techniques, Yoga Nidra helps to relieve stress, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall well-being.
