Welcome to Eden Rock Edinburgh, Scotland's largest indoor bouldering wall, conveniently located just south of Edinburgh. With a wide range of climbing and training facilities suitable for all ages and abilities, we strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for climbers of all levels.

At Eden Rock Edinburgh, we offer a dedicated Kids' Room and regular Kids' Clubs, ensuring that the younger climbers have a space and activities tailored to their needs. We also provide courses for beginners, as well as coaching classes for climbers looking to improve their skills. Our experienced instructors are available to guide and support climbers of all abilities, whether you are a total novice or a seasoned pro.

In addition to our climbing facilities, we have a specialist climbing shop where you can find all the gear and equipment you require for your climbing adventures. Our eco-friendly caf offers a comfortable space for climbers and visitors to relax, unwind, and enjoy a treat or two after a challenging climb.

For those who are new to the gym, we offer induction courses to ensure safety and familiarity with our facilities. Novice adult climbers can choose to be supervised by a competent climber or participate in one of our induction courses. Once you have completed the course or visited a few times, you will have the necessary knowledge and skills to become a member and use the centre unsupervised.

Children aged 5 and above can participate in our kids' classes, which run seven days a week at various times. Please note that advance booking is usually required, so be sure to get in touch for more information and to secure a spot in the class. Children can also climb under the supervision of an adult member, with a maximum of two children per member. If you are a beginner looking to supervise children, we recommend attending an induction course beforehand.

Experienced adult climbers who have bouldered extensively can register online or at our reception on their first visit. Our staff will assess your experience and ensure that you can use the centre safely. After a quick tour, you'll be free to explore and tackle the boulders to your heart's content.

Safety is our top priority at Eden Rock Edinburgh. Our bouldering walls are equipped with large mats to provide a safe climbing experience. To ensure the safety of yourself and others, please read and adhere to the conditions of use posted throughout the facility.

We provide ample customer parking outside the front entrance of the gym, as well as plenty of on-street parking options along the street. For those who prefer cycling, we have a bicycle rack available for your convenience.
