Ruth, a seasoned yoga pro with nine years under her belt, started Eat. Sleep. Yoga. to help women weave yoga and lifestyle practices into their hectic lives.
Eat. Sleep. Yoga. knows life can be demanding and prioritises self-care. The mission is simple: offer a guilt-free space for women to take a breather and focus on their well-being. The classes and programmes are all about empowering you to find balance.
The studio? Warm and inviting, making sure you feel at ease as you practise. Yoga here is inclusive; no matter your age, fitness level, or experience, there’s a place for you. Beginner or seasoned yogi, you can find your flow at your own pace.
Prefer practising from home? We’ve got online classes for that. Want to sense the community? Come to our in-person sessions. We also run workshops and retreats throughout the year for those looking for a deeper dive.
